Lost in Time
Oil on stretched Canvas, framed
30.5 x 30.5 cm
We discovered this beauty on one of our walks on the Fleurieu Peninsula many years ago and I loved it straight away. The Basham name is a big part of the Fleurieu Peninsula's history. I took a photo and when I finally decided to paint it, we went back again, only to discover that the door is now no longer there. So glad I took the photo when I did!
I entered the painting into the 2019 Royal Adelaide Show Art Prize and received a "Commended" for it.
The painting is framed in Tasmanian oak.
