Payment for any order must be made in advance at the time the order is placed. You may pay for your order by bank transfer or by PayPal. Paintings and prints can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged. Please choose carefully when making a purchase.

Your order will be shipped within 1 to 3 business days.

Deliveries within Australia are free of charge. Paintings are sent via APD (Adelaide Postal Delivery) or Australia Post to get orders safely delivered within Australia. Deliveries usually take 2-3 business days to arrive from once the order has been dispatched (Please note that due to the current circumstances and lockdowns, orders may take longer to be delivered). Prints or paintings on paper / canvas paper are sent rolled in a rigid cardboard tube. Art on stretched canvas is bubble wrapped and sent with thick heavy-duty cardboard surround and packaging tape with fragile stickers. In the event goods are damaged, we will repair or replace. You are responsible for supplying all required information when submitting an order, including complete name, shipping and billing address (no P.O. Boxes), telephone number, valid e-mail address, and valid payment method. No responsibility is assumed for mis-delivery due to incorrect information supplied by a customer. All sales are final.

Paintings and prints can only be returned if they are faulty or damaged. Please choose carefully when making a purchase. Notification of all shipping defects or damage must be made within 30 days of delivery and accompanied by the shipping receipt and photographic proof of the damage for us to review and make a determination whether the damage in fact occurred during shipping. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance.

You acknowledge and understand that colours as seen on a computer monitor may not look the same as the colours as they appear on an original artwork (painted or manufactured), and that no guarantee is made that any image as seen online will necessarily match exactly the colours on the final product.
